1) Do another placement (dilute shares) and poke more holes while continuing on with permits and DAR.

2) Look for bank funding along with share dilution for mine.

3) Review real offers (if any) for buyout.

4) Review real offers (if any) for JV.

Unless reasonable offers are out there, number 1 is probably where we go. That's a clue.
