I'd be shocked if there was any recent insider trading as Webb would have put a "blackout" on all trading of Tyhee shares by any of its employees, directors in advance of the PFS's June 2010 delivery.
This so-called blackout period is done when Tyhee expects to get news that Webb sees as being "material". Webb said he wouldn't share with me when those periods are in effect.
