Tyhee's mine is looking even more robust now that gold is over $1,200/oz. Calculations for the PFS shows an IRR greater than 39% and a NVP of more that $218 million.

From the PFS is said:

"Gold Price BEFORE TAX
US$ NPV ($M) IRR
1,150 217.7 38.8%"
