Message: An Important Question for the Forum: How Fast Should Tyhee Progess?

WHY IS TYHEE SO UNDERVALUED?

In last month's PFS's announcement it stated " Initial capital costs are estimated to be CAD$170 million with a contingency of CAD$20 million."

However, it also states that the, "Total capital costs are projected to be CAD$218 million over the life of the project including reclamation."

Using these numbers, Drnols estimated Tyhee's valuation to be greater than $2/share. That seems reasonable to me, but as some of you may know, I'm dyslexic and in other ways handicapped, so I may have missed something in his calculation. So please, will someone who's good at arithmetic check on this? Thanks.)

Nonetheless, we don't need to sharpen our pencils and fire up our calculators to know the obvious, Tyhee is insanely undervalued!

Let me make a few suggestions as to why it is:

Firstly, Tyhee's not alone in this respect. There are a lot of gold junior explorers trading at great discounts their asset's value. It appears that, generally, those that trade at higher valuations seem to have:

1) Higher trading volume

2) Better news letter coverage

3) Greater (multiple) drill operations

4) Greater exploration and development budgets

But, on the other hand, they don't seem to have:

1) Better management

2) Better properties

3) Better ore grades

4) More advanced projects

5) Larger resources

6) Better economics, or

7) better jurisdictions

So, with those other characteristics being at least equal, if Tyhee is to be more like those juniors with higher valuations, a reasonable solution for achieving that status, especially with regard to larger exploration budgets and greater drill programs, would be for Tyhee to have more money than it has now.

More, better newsletter coverage and higher trading volume would seem to follow as drill results would show Tyhee's even greater potential.

As Dave Webb told me, as it stands now, Tyhee's $2 to $3 million exploration budget is NOT enough to achieve the sort of exploration program those other juniors with higher valuations have. Tyhee needs more money to do that.

We all agree, Dave Webb included, that in this crappy market, Tyhee needs to find a means of raising more money in ways not previously done.

Cheers,

Baires
