Webb appears to be trusted by the First Nation folks.

My intuitive sense is that Webb cannot make any deal with anyone NOW if it might lessen what confidence there is in him from the First Nation and all others whose support he needs to get a mining permit.

I think the permit, and the speed at which is attained, is at least as important to the success of Tyhee as a completed Feasibility Study or building its reserves out of additional Clan and Goodwin's Vad resources.

So, the question remains: Could a deal be made now without hindering the permitting process?
