1)arsenic problems (Tyhee does not have arsenic problems)

2)history of regulatory problems (There's never been a mining permit denied in Yellowknife, and the Gov't of Canada, last year, provided $11 million to speed up the permitting process )

3)no infrastructure anywhere around with no power plant or roads, (Tyhee's got diesel-and hydro-generated electricity available. There are winter roads with the possibility for permanent roads in the future) and,

4)sharp people with big money that went after it (Ming Fung?... Puplava owns (owed) about 20 million shares of TDC.V. maybe JP's referring to himself?)
