I think everybody should print out Puzzleman's words and paste it on the closest wall to their trading computer:

No one on this board can "truly" know the motives of others who post and that is why matters should stay in the realm of facts (such as news releases) or probabilities re statistics, trends in the market place, technical analysis etc. and stay away from private conversations with unknown people expressing opinions loaded with innuendo.

To the realm of facts I would add: history of management and SEDAR filings. Thanks for that one Puzzleman.
