My wild-assed guess (don't ask for corroboration - after all, it's a WA guess) is that the Ming Fung arrangement is on shaky ground, or worse, because Webb would have had to give up too much equity and control in his judgment. That pissed off Puplava, who wants it to go forward to firm up future financing, and for all we know could have been the matchmaker. JMWAG
