My guess is,

Puplava's puttin' on the pressure for Webb to sell. Or, maybe, just a guess, he's hoping some will bail on his negative sentiments, and they'll sell before a positive PFS is delivered so that the price will be even more of a bargain than it is now.

Last I knew, JP had about 20 million shares. How much did he buy them for, and what might he sell them for?
