Nothing profound, just musing over a few points,

a) the dumpers may be waiting for the PFS, this explains the current low volume, b) we may see enormous volume at PFS time, c) for a certain time afterward not much increase in SP, i.e., the "cap" and also d) if Mr. Viti wants out, it would be good to know what he paid for his shares and how much he's willing to lose or gain to shrink his position.
