One possible scenario that crosses my mind, is how many of the shares now being sold at these low prices where bought when TDC.V was selling for under 10 cents?

Perhaps those sellers need the money now, for whatever reason, and don't and can't wait for the PFS?

Just a passing thought or rather a question, nothing I can substantiate but would love to know.
