Someone on the board yesterday said he thought TDC hit a low of about .12 after the crisis. I checked it just now - it was .08 in Nov '08.

So this talk of when to give up and sell is silly, unless one is intent on using it to offset a gain. As bad as the SP is it's 2x what it was. Eight cents was the time to buy, not sell.
