So I asked Dave Webb about it and he told me,

Tyhee knows the rules and regulations very well, and that Tyhee's reports fully comply with NI 43-101. Moreover, some of the consultants Tyhee's used, and is using, wrote the CIM Best Practices guidelines which are at the core of NI 43-101.
