Believe I already addressed most of you're questions or at least as much as I'm going to address. Never did I say ALL banks. Who are the bad apples. I don't know but anyone who's been around here knows some pretty strange things occur with this SP when there is or about and after a financing.. It might be a third party for all I know. JP has spoken about this many times.
