Suppose that this December Tyhee has the PFS and DAR behind them, and has a solid share price well over $1.00. Then one of the many good suitors comes in and does a very good joint venture, that accelerates construction and is in the interests of Tyhee shareholders and the board supports it.

One way this can be done is that a new company is formed, with the inputs of Claims and the YGP from Tyhee and the cash and other commitments from the JV partner, even if the partner is less than 50%.

In that case, the new company has a name and is listed on TSX as a new entity. Then it can have a name like "Yellowknife Gold Corp" or "Yell Gold" (from the rooftops).

But now is not the time to muck about with name calling.
