I'm not sure if that question was directed only at Skeleg, but here's my take:

Tyhee is undervalued. They have some great properties, but the market likes results. Tyhee has had some great results in the past, but they are forgotten. Tyhee has been on standby and hasn't had the new results to show. That will change.

I don't attribute their current price to anyone "holding" them down. I don't think anyone could be bothered. As soon as they start showing good drilling results, especially if the POG keeps climbing slowly as it has done the last two weeks, the price of Tyhee will rise.
