I understand your point of view, and Doody's, very well.
It reminds me of how I try, and often fail, to explain to my family and friends how investing in stocks is not, for me, exactly the same as gambling.
The odds (aka risk) of a gold junior paying off are small. But, there are some outstanding choices (ok, bets) to be made.
Doody is very proud of how much better his Top Ten picks have done compared to the the GDX, HUI etc.
Let's revisit this comparison next year and see how Tyhee's done relative to Doody's picks.
