"Could you please substantiate your claim that Dave's "incentives" are that are not identical to ours, and why they may not be optimal for us independent shareholders?

And, which "inside information" that Dave could have provided us, would have helped Tyhee's share price during the great plunge that most explorers took in the recent market crash?

I have happy for you that your other gold stocks didn't take as much of a beating as did Tyhee's. But without knowing which ones they are, and whether or not they were in Tyhee's category of late-stage development exploration juniors with NO Pre-Feasibility Study nor Permits, it might be rather unfair to paint them in the same stroke.
