I think - my conjecture - that they are stairstepping the price down in preparation for a future opportunity to clean up (when big lots are offered out of disgust by disappointed TDC investors who don't read this board). These 500 share shots are peanuts - an illegal price of entry to get the price down to buy a lot more stock than they sell, at a lower price.

Like George Soros saying gold is in a bubble, only illegal as well as immoral.
