This is excellent news!

Those warrants were counted in the "fully diluted", so in effect the additional 10 million new 25c warrants, that have the same old date of July 2011, do not increase the share count very much at all.

This is MUCH better than what I thought was coming, as I expected another private placement at 22cents or so, with flow-through shares plus warrants. That would have added 27 million shares to raise the same amount of money.

As this deal is cash for warrants, not flow through issue, I think it means that the cash is for general operations and whatever is needed, and not for exploration. That fits, becuase the last PP (flow through) has to go to exploration.

So now Tyhee has cash to keep both cyclinders firing for the rest of the year.

And on a major up day for gold, maybe will bring some people back into the Gold discussion!
