Oddly enough, it's when we see NO indsider buying (or selling) at all that that may well be a signal for significant (good?) "material" news soon to be released.

Webb (and the Board?) put a block on insider trading prior to important news releases. So, it just may be that when there's no insider activity, there's the real possibility that, we hope, good stuff may soon be on the way.
