Could you please give a bit more insight into your observations (?) or is it just an assumption that, as you say,
" Dave and the board have definitely learned the lessons from past financings: You negotiate first and make sure all the eggs are in the basket. You make sure your agent -LOM in this case- fully understand your plan and deliver the goods on time."?
What I'm getting here is that you suggest that you know for sure that Dave and the board didn't start out treating the previous financing in the same way as they treated this current one. Can you substantiate that claim?
Also, isn't it possible that Dave and the board approached and executed both plans in the same way, however, this time around the market was a completely different animal, and hense the different outcome?
