MineralFields Looks Like They Hold Shares for More Than a Year.

Their letters to investors can be found on their website under "Performance (NAVS) & Portfolios". Select the 2007 and earlier funds and read the dissolution letters. You will see they are all dated 18 to 24 months after closing of the funds (in December).
