One thing to be reminded of regarding what was said about Exeter Resources whose property is partly located in Argentina, my home.

Pro-mining? That would depend on which Province you're talking about. Some here are not so "pro-mining".

Further, there is enormous popular dissatisfaction with the current government, the economy is bad and getting worse and major elections are in 2011.
