TDC had made a couple of upside breaks on

its way down but using the 100% potential

gain (projection) as a guide, both times there

was not that potential and one would not have

acted on the breaks. At $0.18 we had a valid

break with more than 100% potential. It reversed

and purely per the P&F criteria one

would have lost 40% on the gamble. However,

TDC has been a gamble in the recommended

list throughout. A new break came at

the $0.20 level with an even better projection.

TDC still remains a good gamble with an existing

projection for more than a 150% move.
