balboabob, You wrote,
"Did we decide on what the last stage junior developer that JP is looking at that could turn out to be an elephant is?"
And Harmlesbob answered, "KBX".
But there's Terrane Minerals (TRX) with SIX million gold oz in RESERVES but with only about twice the market cap of Kimber Resources (KBX).
Then, we have a little known junior, you may have heard of this baby elephant, Tyhee Development Corp (TDC)? Tyhee is approaching the delivery of a bankable economic study, and with the potential to reveal enormous blue sky resources, could perform much better in the next year than a junior that will be bought out.
As JP (I paraphrase) recently said on the Q-line, when comparing two companies with most things being equal; one to get acquired in the next 12 months, the other moving ahead toward production with a bankable economic study,... the one with mining in view would have a superior share price increase in the next year as compared to the one whose endgame is to get bought out.
Also, keep in mind the old joke,
"How do elephants mate?" The punch line, "Very carefully".
