Baires,

Correct me if i am wrong, but I seem to remember that when we discovered that JP owned 21.8 million shares, at the time we thought he only had around 18 million, because that's what his SEC filings stated. The extra 3 million shares were thought to come from private accounts, family trusts etc which are not shown in SEC filings.

Maybe when JP answered the q line question he was talknig about 18 million shares that PFS owns. Maybe he was not including the 3 million in his private accounts.
