What is so encouraging about what Dave Webb and Roger Sylvestre have said about Tyhee getting loaned bank money is that they fully expect it to happen next year on the basis of their PRE-feasibility study alone and not a Feasibility one.

Since, there may be very few explorers to have ever achieved this sort of non-dilution bank loan financing without a completed feasibility study, it suggests that Tyhee, with only a Pre-Feas in its pocket by early next year, may be now more highly regarded by the financial community than we could have imagined. This, if it comes to pass, will make Tyhee's last summer's drawn out financing saga seem like just one of those unanticipated pot-holes on the road to more easily gotten cash.
