Why Would Dave Webb Not Want to Sell Tyhee?

The answer seems obvious enough. Much of Dave's life, his soul, has been invested in that property. His Ph.D. was about it. His dream, and the dream of his colleagues is for Tyhee to go-it-alone into production. He knows that that would be, ultimately a much better deal for his shareholders and for him, for Tyhee to not get bought out.

So, it would seem that ego, Dave's ego, among many other factors plays an extremely important role in his desire for Tyhee to become a mine by itself.

Then, there's another factor which may explain some of the reasons why I, Baires, may own even more shares of Tyhee than does its President and CEO, Dave Webb.

And that is, that Dave may get a royalty on some of its properties, only if Tyhee goes into production. Here's where I'm not sure how this would play out if Tyhee got acquired. But until I know better, it might seem that one BIG PAYOFF for Dave would come in the form of royalty payments once his company start producing.

That's where his financial payoff could be significantly greater than mine even though I may own more Tyhee shares than does the President of the company.
