Mises,
So you think this is a wost case scenario for Tyhee?
" What IF the peak oilers are right and we shoot up to $300/barrel, etc., etc. and this increases Tyhee's production price upward of the original $384/oz? $500, $600, whatever... worst case scenario."-Mises
As Forest Gump discovered, "S...Happens"...So excluding some company catastrophe (use your imagination), here is another possible worst case scenario for Tyhee that I have been contemplating, and one that I've asked Jim Puplava to comment on.
I again phoned it in to the Q-line this week since he didn't answer it on last weekend's show.
I asked JP what would be the destiny of gold exploration juniors if they encountered a deflationary depression. Would getting enough financing to go it alone into production be impossible, and therefore, would their only option be to get bought out?
I realize JP's an Inflationist, but surely even he leaves open the possiblity for a deflationary event, as does Marc Faber.
Cheers,
Baires
