Why?

Well...(and I haven't even finished my first cup of coffee), two things immediately jumped out at me that could "objectively" explain why Tyhee's not there.

Tyhee's total resource is a tad below the lowest on the list , and its market cap is lower than the others with respect to its resource.
Does anything else jump out at you that might objectively explain Tyhee exclusion?
