Dang! I Wasted My Q-Call Today!

Jim Puplava was kind enough to answer, what I now consider to have been a rather weak Q-Call question:

Essentially, I asked, "Will 2010 be the Year of the Juniors?". (It's the very last Q-Call in the Second Hour of today's FSN)

Jim answered by pointing out how it could be said that "The Year of the Juniors" is now, 2009. And, that many of the juniors he's seeing are up as much as 60%.

But, who's kidding who? We all know that most of these juniors are still "underwater" when compared to where they were in the pre 2008 market crash.

So, what I should have asked JP was, when will the juniors resurface, so to speak, to again continue their flight higher above sea level and on towards the Moon?
