. Independent analyst coverage
. Minimum market capitalization of US $400 million
. Major international stock exchange listing: TSX, NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, LSE, JSE, ASX
. Average daily trading volume of at least 50,000 shares or US $100,000
. Annual production of 100,000 oz. of gold or gold equivalent (silver or pgm)
. If not yet a producer, company has a project with a completed or well-advanced feasibility study AND minimum M, I & I resources of 500,000 ounces of gold or gold equivalent OR a market capitalization greater than $600 million.
