I think there's a caveat to Hoye's " micro-cap gold juniors will be rocking next year scenario":

And that is that Romarco Minerals (the Tyhee look-alike), with its cash and Feasibility Study, has already blasted off.

I think Hoye's really referring to those micros/picos that haven't even yet gotten that far.
