Actually, DW has not made or broken any promises with regard to this private placement. The news release talks about when it closed, and that it is subject to TSX approval.

I wrote DW about this question, and he replied that he can't say anything about it until news release.

So let's just leave it alone and wait and see, and react when we know.

I still have confidence in the management, and am with them through thick and thin. I believe the private placement is a vote of confidence in the management more than in the sector.

The jury decision will be known soon enough.
