AGM 7 May will lead to news releases next week

So tomorrow is the AGM.

I expect it will be a routine thing, with sufficient votes to carry out the necessary administrative business of confirming the board and voting in the Shareholders Rights Plan. But it is not impossible for there to be some surprises.

In any case, I would expect a news release on Friday or Monday, perhaps as late as Tuesday reproting the successful vote of the SH's Plan.

There will also be the closing of the private placement next week, with the interesting outcome of was it fully subscribed? Over subscribed? Will be have any way of finding out who the big buyers are?

Then, I would imagine, a news release coming out soon about the re-activation of drills, and other exploration as well as DAR / PF aspects that this money is to be spent for.

Should be a good couple of weeks for us, but I won't be able to check the news while I hike the WCT from the 8th to the 17th! I predict I will miss a good day...
