EM, I've checked on this with a definitive source, and here's the solid answer.
Tyhee only has one class of shares and all are equal in votes and equity. Shares traded anywhere are all the same, however Tyhee ONLY reports to the TSX-V.
Tyhee only pays for one listing, TSX-Venture (TDC).
Tyhee also trades on alternative exchanges for which it pays no fees, including:
Ø the Pink sheets in the US over the counter market (TYHJF)
Ø the Berlin exchange (TYK.BE)
Ø the Frankfurt exchange (TYK.F)
Ø the German exchange (TYK.DE)
The alternative exchanges are open exchanges where anyone can trade any public security, listed or otherwise.
