Skeleg,

Thanks for this excellent report.

But, Dr. Webb, please allow more slack in the timing of Tyhee's milestones.

The angst over the numerous PA delays are a not too distant painful memory for many of us.

Wouldn't it be more prudent to add SIX MONTHS ( not two) to the anticipated December 2009 Pre-Feasibility completion?

These (your) words could come back to haunt us...

"however experience tells us that if you have a large group of experts working on a project, and if things are not completed by mid December it's best to add one to two months to the schedule."
