share dillution or opportunity to buy?

Todays' news seems to be a mixed blessing, but a positive development. I don't know how long it will take to compelte the feasability study, but say it must be completed before the permit is issued, and with enough time for it to be parlayed into the financing to build the mine. That may mean it will be done by say December or so? Does anybody here know how long a feas should take? Does it make sense to complete it at the same time as completing the DAR, or is one logically after the other?

There is considerable dilution here, of what, 35 million more shares or so? But that may also be a good cue as to who is buying in at this time. Will it be insiders, like DW who has not bought any shares since December? If so, then it means confidence on their part, and it also means that there is nobody sniffing at the door at present. IF it is other "strong hands" buying into this offering, then they may be the ones who will help get this mine financed. IN ancy case, whoever is buying in here, for completion of the DAR, some exploration, and teh Feas, must be confident in Tyhee.

It will be instructive to see what we can find out about who buys.

At the same time, these low shares prices can't last forever. The trick is to maximize your cost averaging down if you can stomache that much risk. I wish I could borrow $50,000 and buy more shares, but alas I have to wait a few more months for my next windfall. This low share price feels to me like a special kind of private placement, open to any small time investor like myself.

What happens to the share price when we have an economically viable Bankable Feasability study, 2.5 million ounces and growing resource, and are in the final stage of the EA and public hearings on the permit to build a mine?

There will be a mine, and it's going to be mine!
