Those who want to take over Tyhee or other juniors and prevent financing might:

1. Short TDC.V and not cover.

2. Post quasi-authoritative, inaccurate, and misleading messages on Stockhouse that even cast aspersions on the integrity and accomplishments of Dave Webb and Tyhee's management.

3. Like at Minefinders, send in demonstrators to hinder development.
