I always buy CEF the morning after they announce new purchases. Many investors confuse this with dilution and sell, lowering the price. I buy and the price always recovers within a few days.

And it is correct that you cannot take delivery of the bullion. CEF is a bullion secured trading vehicle. I buy & sell CEF every few weeks, playing PM volatility.

If you want to take delivery, get it somewhere else.
