I certainly agree with your sentiment that underlines the idea that most all topics are "grist for the mill" and should be allowed. But I'm not advocating that they be not allowed, only relocated.

If we are to better focus on Tyhee (pro or con) then wouldn't it be easier to have those not directly specific to Tyhee put in the Off-topic section while reserving the focus here only on Tyhee?

I understand we all may have different foci (focuses?). So, this won't be easy to solve for many of us. We just would need a majority or apparent near majority to attempt to accomplish this solution.
