I tend to agree about the legislation part. But, it makes a person think that if they get too tough on mining then it may not be long until all of us will have to do without household appliances! . . . Might need to go back to stoking up the old firepit and use some kind of manual spit to do our cooking, if they aren't careful. lol!

You may know already, but for the others info, here's a bit of what was happening lately with regard to staking claims (Uranium seems to be the big concern and in the spotlight), and right here in Ontario. http://pennysblog.cottagelife.com/?p...

I have a small cabin on a small lake and by the sound of it the cottagers there don't want mining anywhere within 500 miles. I'm not concerned, but for the sake of cottagers and others, hopefully, they will change the rules about staking claims and make them more friendly.

Anyway, getting back to TDC, I think it's worth having and especially at these prices. I'd rather see them go all the way on their own, but if it ends up that a JV or buyout is necessary then that's what I'll have to be contented with.

Cheers!
