Do you know a lot of gold producers (say 100K oz or more annually) with a $20 Million (US) market cap? I don't. So the logical solution to this enigma is to have a higher SP.
This is a roundabout way of saying that $10 per oz valuation doesn't exist for producers. Mining gold is good, if you are a gold mining company. QED.
