I'm pretty sure the US owns it, or most of it. It's ostensibly for the "community of nations" to use for various manipulative purposes, but since the US maintains 85% control over IMF gold (subject to veto by Congress) it is de facto if not de jure US gold.

Not 100% sure, but I think that's it.
