Another question Rob McEwen might try to answer, and I tried to get JP to answer it a week ago, is " how long will gold stay at its next peak price high?".
Up to the time gold hit its all time inflation adjusted high of U$S 840 in January 1980, it had been mostly trading in the $400-$500 range. It peaked above $800 for only a very short time, a week or two? ( as I remember).
JP said he thought that the next upcoming 1:1 gold/Dow ratio would bottom out for only a couple of years. But, even he wasn't that sure. After all, who could be? I wonder what McEwen would say? Does he respond to emails?
Cheers,
Baires
