JP responded to my email sent earlier today (see below). I essentially asked him where the 21.8 million shares are held.

Here's his response.

The last time your SEC filing showed Tyhee, there were about 18 million share in your fund. Do the 21.8 million shares you currently own represent an accumulation of about 3 million shares into that fund, or are those 21.8 million shares that you now own located in personal as well as your fund's or other accounts and therefore do not represent a gain of 3 million shares since the last filing?
