The link and the related videos is a great way to see how an open pit mine continues deeper as underground mine.
When the time comes, and TYHEE pays money for some gucci visuals to show bankers, investors etc, they should use something like this. Why? Because when you build a house, you want to see not only the blue-prints, but also a picture of how it will look. Architects make models of their projects, and inspire interest as well as confidence in the project. Computer modeling is much more sophisticated these days, and many juniors use this effectively to communicate their vision. Tyhee, not so much.
Investors need to see 3-D models of the deposits, of the drill holes poking into and through, of how the deposit is OPEN AT DEPTH etc. Then a simulation of the open pit mine digging out, and of the underground mining operations getting underway. Such a visualization may allow men to communicate to their wives (or vice versa) in a simple way, what they are risking their investment dollars on, and get "approval" and perhaps even a shared interest in taking the risk (I presume I'm not the only one who has to balance risk with home life).
Add to his a timeline bar, and perhaps the underground phase of exploration poking deeper and deeper down into the yet-to-be measured millions of ounces that underly the published resources.... Perhaps with a ticker showing the millions of tonnes mined, the ounces added to reserves, the increase in the resource...
And all of this can be created once the decision to use Winter Lake as the tailings site is achieved. No point spending money on the visual presentation until the mine design / tailings site etc. are firmed up.
But this link and the added videos on the "related videos" on the RHS should give you a sense of what I am talking about.
If any of you who follow other developing gold mines have some good examples of how all of this can look, please post them here!
ALSO, do any of you out there in AG Land have an issues you would like to see brought up with Tyhee? Should we put forth any issues to the AGM? Is that ever done? Alternatively, we could discuss our key questions for the board here, and by virtue of how many thumbs up, we will be indicating to any TDC board members what level of priority we place on the issues. (I'm sure they read our posts, particularly the good ones that atually relate to Tyee becoming a successful gold producer).
Accordingly, I suggest we start a practice of adding "VOTE ON THIS" to any Titles of posts where the poster wants to communicate a suggestion to the board and at the same time add our collective agreement / level of support for the idea. As you all know by now, how many thumbs up serves as a way to show where we have consensus.
THE VOTE ITEM on this post is (sorry to make a double-tap):
1. a) I propose we use thumbs up votes to communicate to TDC PLUS
1. b) I propose that Tyhee confirm plans to develop a high quality mine visualization to be used when the mine plan / tailings site is firmed up. Give us the vision! COnsideration shold be given to doing one sooner, showing the exploration / growth of resources to date.
Vote on this! - and we can be assured that DW or others on the board will get the message, and take it from there where appropriate (they may already have figured this stuff out, but constant communcationn from 9 million shares may help because it indicates shareholder priorities).
