OSK deal and why the money will be there for Tyhee

Take a look at the chart on OSK. Since the Nov lows below $2.00, they have popped back to $5.45. Why? They are building a mine.

Today they raised over $200,000 in a "bought deal". Note that the share price appreciated back to "rational" levels just before the bought deal arrived. Was this due to market realizing the value is there, permits in place, economics in hand? Or was there investing in OSC that had an uncanny way of timing things so well (not to say that someone's lips were not sealed).

In any case, there is money out there. Starting to jump at the golden opportunities in our sector (not exploration sector, but development).

Fahgetabout the share price for a minute. Ask yourself, is there value here in TDC? Are we getting closer to a mine? And let's stay ahead of the big money.

As for me, I hope our share price appreciates long before someone offers up a bought deal. Shareholders can lose out. While OSC shareholders may be well-served by this deal, I don't think the longs in CSM, who owned it at $2.00, are happy about the deal they had to make with B2Gold.

I sure hope we don't get taken out, just as we are becoming very ripe for the pickings.

We on AG, by the way, with 5% of he shares, may just hold the balance if there is a tough decision to make between a JV/bought deal and going forward as planned. My own view has changed in recent months, as I now think that we can and will go it alone, and that a JV won't accelerate things by much at all.

Ive studied the requirements which I posted recently, and the DAR process seems to be going along very well. I did not see any major surprises or difficulties, and in fact DW has said as much to me in a recent email.

Things are looking up, regardless of the pathetic share price lately...
