(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
I suspected they were cheap with those kind of expenses. This is very good news to me. I hate to see capital wasted on useless crap.
I suppose once you've arrived, there's some justification for improvements. But, like Jim Collins says in Good to Great, it is the companies that settle for modest head offices that perform best over time. Ultimately, this old-school view toward preserving and investing shareholder capital well is reflected in the rising stock price.
If you own your own company, or are in a position of leadership at one, Good to Great is a must read. The fact that it's still held value and sales rank at Amazon after being out for seven years speaks to the high regard it is held by the business community. Very, very few mass-produced books ever hold up this long and well.
